Science first, for the people who are usually last in line.
Thrive Precision Health Institute is an Arizona 501(c)(3), founded in 2023, that develops low-cost treatments for diabetes and its complications, proves them in community clinics, and shares them freely. Since December 2023 we have funded more than 300 patient visits for 80+ patients in Gilbert and Show Low, built the Focused Insulin Therapy protocol with Dr. Jonathan Lakey, Dr. Bouvier and Dr. Le, and taken custody of 1,375 donated wound-care grafts for patients who cannot afford them.
“Quality of Life Matters, it’s time to Thrive”
We work where the need is highest and the budgets are smallest: rural Arizona, tribal communities and the uninsured. Every program is built on four pillars, nutrition first, then physical activity, sleep and behavioral health, with nutraceuticals, supplements and IV therapy added where they are needed. What we prove in the clinic we publish for any clinic to use.
Our Values
Three things decide what TPHI does. Does the science support it. Can we deliver it at a price that turns no one away. Will we share it freely once it works.
We say what we have done and what we have not. Our Impact page carries the numbers from our annual filings, and when something is slower than we hoped, such as placing donated grafts, we say why.
We treat the whole person, not the lab value, and we treat the clinic that hosts us as a partner, not a customer.
Working with TPHI

TPHI is a small team with a board of physicians and operators and a wide circle of volunteers, parishes and clinics. If you are a clinician who wants to use the FIT protocol, a wound-care provider who can place donated grafts, a city or parish that can host a screening day, or a sponsor, the Partners page is the place to start.
