What we are testing, what we have shown so far, and what is still an idea. Funding the IRB study of Focused Insulin Therapy is our next milestone.
Novel treatment protocols
Focused Insulin Therapy (FIT) is a low-cost insulin protocol designed to slow the progression of type 2 diabetes and its complications. Developed with Dr. Jonathan Lakey, Dr. Bouvier and Dr. Le, delivered to more than 80 patients in two Arizona clinics, and IRB-ready. The protocol is free to licensed clinicians who verify their credentials.

A clinic that follows the patient home: remote glucose monitoring and virtual visits so that a patient in Show Low gets the same follow-up as one in Gilbert. In development; not yet treating patients.

Biomarker Discovery

Underserved Populations
How we choose where to work: rural Arizona, tribal communities and the uninsured first, through clinics, parishes and city programs that already have the trust of the people we want to reach.
